DMCA Takedown Procedure & Copyright Policy

This page explains how copyright owners can notify porn.autos of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and how we respond to valid notices.

1. Scope of this DMCA policy

porn.autos respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and partners to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear, properly formatted DMCA notices regarding alleged copyright infringement that appears on or through our service.

This policy is based on the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and applies to copyright owners, their authorized agents, and any party who believes their copyrighted work has been used without permission via links, thumbnails, text, or embedded videos shown on porn.autos.

2. We do not host video files

porn.autos is an indexing and embedding platform focused on car sex videos. We do not store or host video files on our own servers. Instead, we link to or embed content that is hosted on external third-party websites, studios, and tube platforms.

As a result, removing content from the origin server (for example, the studio or tube site that actually hosts the video) will automatically remove or disable the corresponding embed on porn.autos. For the most effective result, we strongly recommend that copyright complaints also be sent directly to the hosting provider or original platform.

3. How to send a proper DMCA notice

To submit a valid DMCA takedown request, please send a written notice that includes all of the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  1. Your contact information: full legal name, company (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works on the same site are covered by a single notice).
  3. Identification of the material you believe is infringing or the subject of infringing activity, including the exact URL(s) on porn.autos where the material appears (for example: https://porn.autos/video/…).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorized to act on their behalf (typing your full legal name at the end of the email is sufficient for an electronic signature).

Please send your complete DMCA notice to:

DMCA Agent — porn.autos

Email: admin@porn.autos

Notices that lack the required elements may be delayed or may not be processed.

4. Our response to DMCA notices

When we receive a proper DMCA notice that clearly identifies allegedly infringing material on porn.autos, we will:

  • Review the request to confirm it contains all required information.
  • Disable access to or remove links, thumbnails, or embeds that appear to infringe the reported copyrighted work, where appropriate.
  • In some cases, forward the complaint to the user, partner, studio, or third-party provider associated with the content.

Because we do not host the video files ourselves, the underlying content may remain available on external websites even after we remove the listing or embed on porn.autos. Again, we strongly recommend that you also contact the hosting site or producer directly.

5. Counter-notifications

If you are a user, partner, or content provider and you believe that material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification that includes:

  • Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location (URL) where it previously appeared on porn.autos.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court for your address, and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party or their agent.
  • Your physical or electronic signature (full legal name typed at the end of your email).

Counter-notifications can be sent to the same DMCA contact email: admin@porn.autos.

6. Misrepresentations & abuse of the DMCA

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or copyright owner’s authorized licensee, or by porn.autos as a service provider.

We reserve the right to reject notices that appear to be malicious, fraudulent, incomplete, or filed in bad faith, and to take appropriate action against repeated misuse of the DMCA process.

7. Repeat infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, porn.autos may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, terminate or restrict access for users, partners, or sources who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
